Well since my last post I have to say I continue to work in the same way with this crazy, obsessive, fun, slow drawing, but now, maybe with a little more “control” or a little more precision. To say “control” sort of defeats the purpose of slow drawing where you are just supposed to let your mind roam and just draw, but you’ll see what I mean as I show you some of the latest things I have been doing in my sketchbooks.

The above are trees that live in my mind and while not your typical tree - I just let them be.

Not sure what this is above but I kinda love it - organic don’t ya think?

But the little squares below are what I am really into these days. I have filled pages and pages in my sketchbooks of these little squares.

I had so many pages of these that I made a little video

And still so many more that I made a little book…

Okay and then I made a video of the little book (can you tell I am O-yes capital O - OBSESSED!)

And one more little photo to show it’s not just lines I am drawing in these boxes - I went back to an original love - washi tape - well actually this type is now called “pet tape”. I couldn’t resist using all the lovely bits on this tape

And finally, I wanted to let you know that hopefully by my next post I will have updated my shop listings. I have been working on a few new things including some beautiful junk journals and some little grab bags too. These will be similar to ( those of you who have been with me for a long time will remember these) the “Paper Kits” I used to offer so - Stay Tuned please!
