Is blogging dead? A topic that, in the last 3 years I would say, has become increasingly popular.

Many blogs I follow have closed their doors - moved to instagram and twitter.

Many blogs I know post only every 6 months or so now.

Many blogs I know/knew no longer exist.

But if blogs were to die how would I share ideas, and pictures, and how to’s and well you know - everything I share right here if it wasn’t for my blog posts!? How would I follow all the wonderful blogs I love reading?

I’m truly hoping that the new global experience of living through this pandemic has all helped us to slow down a little.

Slowed down to the point where maybe, just maybe, we consider taking the time to “read” again.

Don’t get me wrong. I do instagram and facebook and pinterest too where I just share pictures - no reading required. (Deliberately didn’t share links here)

Those posts only take a split second of our time - because we were all so busy right?

But haven’t we all paused in this Covid world? I think we should all pick reading again! ; )

But I haven’t changed. I have always liked reading.

I have always liked knowing the people behind the art.

I have always like understanding how artists create things.

I have always liked to hear what people are thinking - especially these days.

I like connecting.

I like listening.

And I like sharing.

So I am going to continue to post here and share things with you for as long as I think you still want me to.
