This “junk journal” is as big and fun and inspiring as you can get.
The contents of this hand bound journal include colorful collaged pages on crinkled paper backgrounds, aged papers with ephemera stuffed handmade envelopes, pages with gentle paper clip attachments, pages with hand sewn buttons and fabrics, architectural drawing inclusions and so much more.

The journal measures 9” high x 6.5” wide with a 2” spine. The journal has a pamphlet stitch binding which is embellished with loads of buttons.
This journal will be carefully packaged in a handmade muslin bag similar to the one shown in the photo below.

Collage (/ kəˈlɑːʒ /, from the French: coller, "to glue" or "to stick together"; ) is a technique of art creation, by which art results from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole.
This is indeed a piece created by assembling different pieces of paper and paint to create this bouquet of flowers. Once this stage is complete I coat the entire surface with a heavy resin giving the piece a glasslike finish.
The piece is created on a 6 × 6 × 1.5” wood block so that it sits nicely on a surface such as bookshelf or mantle or it can also be easily hung.
