It’s easy to fall down that youtube hole …
There are millions, if not billions of posts on youtube.
And, it’s so easy to fall down that youtube hole.
I have to say I am really disciplined about what I watch on youtube. I rarely fall down that hole of looking and searching for hours on end.
I go there either looking for a “how to” or I go looking for artistic inspiration. Maybe it’s because I get easily bored with things I have already seen or already done in my art world.
But there are a few sites on youtube that I feel are worth sharing. These are the ones that either inspire or move me to want to be creative and I wanted to share those with you here today.
These may not be your typical art tutorials, or how-to’s but I think they are inspirational and I hope they do something for you too.
As an side, I’ve also posted, randomly, some of my art journal pages that have evolved in the last 6 months or so. Some of these have recently been published in Stampingtons’s Art Journaling magazine April issue. You can see this on my instagram post here or in the April issue of Art Journaling.
A big PS for my local followers, In Canada it is now hard to find this magazine in Canada but Chapters usually carries it or if you can still find a Multimag store, they also carry it.
So back to my original intention for this post and sources of inspiration on youtube. Here are some of my favorite sources that are worth checking out regardless of what you do:
For all over inspiration click here
For feeling good inspiration click here
Or just for overall creative inspiration out of the norm - go here
You can also find more of my own videos here on youtube which I hope will equally inspire you.
I hope you are as inspired by these sites as I am. Let me know if these sites work for you and send me a note in the comments section at the end of the this post.
Some of my recent pages …
And more pages ..
As always, thanks for reading these posts. I welcome your comments and your visits to my shop.
