Handmade Journal/Book - Paris Collection Pink Toile
Handmade, spiral bound book with a pink French toile feel.
The journal has 40 pages (both sides) in a mix of recycled, cotton, cold press, pink, 150 GSM watercolor paper as well as white 6lb. cardstock paper interspersed.
I used an interesting binding method on this book which allows you to add additional pages on a whim or to keep reusing the cover with a whole set of new pages. The journal has the traditional spine but with a built in elastic with barbed ends - you simply slip your pages under the elastic.
I also profited from the barbs on the outside spine to add a whimsical threaded embellishment just for fun.
The book measures approximately 5” wide by 7”high with a front vellum pouch filled with more of my handmade ephemera for you to enjoy!.
